Our studio is located in the heart of Burleigh, sun drenched and quietly radiant. Set up to support both small and large scale campaign shoots, our studio is equipped with the functionality of a high performance photography studio. Providing complimentary lighting for every studio booking, one less thing to worry about during your shoot.

Every House of Faythe booking includes access to a thoughtfully styled, open-plan studio space designed with both performance and experience in mind. We believe that your environment shapes the work you create, so we’ve crafted a space that feels as good as it functions. With high-end photography gear, curated furniture, and home-like comforts, the studio is built to support both creativity and ease. Lighting & Time of Day

Our studio enjoys natural dappled sunlight from 8:00am–1:00pm, with soft, diffused light from 1:00–4:00pm, ideal for a variety of shoot styles. The east-facing windows allow light to shift beautifully throughout the day, and our west-facing garage door can be opened to invite even more light into the space. Whether you're after soft ambient tones or something moodier, we’re happy to help you plan your shoot around the light.

Location & Access

We’re located at 1/46 Junction Road, Burleigh, Warehouse 1 on Level 1. Street parking is available nearby, and we also offer one designated parking space reserved for clients with bookings. For ease of access during larger setups or deliveries, the studio has a roller door that opens directly into the space.

You're welcome to bring your own gear too. If you're planning to bring anything particularly large or heavy, please let us know in advance so we can help ensure safe handling and protect the studio flooring. Need something extra? Let us know and we can see how we can best support you!

Studio Space & Layout

The studio is open-plan, styled with modern furnishings to feel like home, with the functionality of a high-production studio. Furniture includes two occasional chairs, a coffee table, shoot stools & chairs, a large mirror, and a rolling photography trolley. A walnut dining table will be added soon. While the space is fully open, it comfortably accommodates separate zones for shooting, working, styling, or hair and makeup prep.

Cleaning & Pack Down

We ask that all clients leave the studio as they found it. You’ll be provided with a short House Rules booklet prior to your session outlining exactly what’s expected. We supply a broom in case of any spills and a cleaning spray for wiping down the stainless steel coffee table if needed for photos. All bookings include a 15-minute buffer on either side for setup and pack down. If the space is left in poor condition, a cleaning fee of $80 + GST will apply.

Bookings & Cancellations

+ Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
+ Full payment is required upon booking
+ Clients can reschedule using the link provided in their booking confirmation

*Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be refunded at 50%, and cancellations made less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable. We’re happy to offer rescheduling where possible.
